Dowling Forest Precinct Review

In response to concerns raised by some landholders, the City of Ballarat has undertaken research to understand any issues within the Dowling Forest Precinct, including a review of the property market and investigations into planning controls. This research identified a number of key concerns which may be able to be addressed by some changes to the Planning Scheme.

On 5 March 2019 a community workshop was held and following the workshop, the City of Ballarat have looked at options to address the issues identified by landholders and residents in the precinct. A link to the presentation from the workshop is included on the side of this page.
