In April 2024, City of Ballarat received Free from Violence Local Government Program funding to understand what we already do well and where we can build on our existing projects and capacity in relation to gender equality and preventing violence against women.

As part of this funding we are required to undertake an organisational 'Health Check.' Please complete a quick survey to support this. This mostly multiple-choice survey should take you less than 5 minutes to complete.

This survey is focusing on the work environment, team culture and services that City of Ballarat deliver rather than personal and lived experiences. If any part of this process raises issues for you, we encourage you to reach out for support.

We will collate all responses to identify priority actions for this project for the next 3 years. This survey will be repeated in 2025 and 2026 to track progress and changes in understanding.
