A new, annual Expo, a 2 day event featuring stalls, information and activations from the various projects and business units across the City of Ballarat.
The City of Ballarat regularly asks for community input on projects, services and plans that shape our city and neighbourhoods.
But we know not everyone feels informed or knows how to have their say — and we want to change that.

Councillor Road Show
Opportunities across the year give residents the option to speak directly to their ward Councillor and City of Ballarat staff.

Community Panel
Community members who were independently selected as a representation of a 'mini-Ballarat' now have ongoing an opportunity to contribute to key projects across the Council term.
Your feedback will help us design better ways for the community to have their say. After we review all the feedback, we’ll share what we heard and outline the changes we’ll make to improve community engagement across Ballarat.
