Council have exciting plans for improvement to the Midlands Reserve with improvements happening in the park for the last couple of years.

The water play space has been a great success, improved even further with the installation of shade and the new kindergarten building is now on the site.

To continue the improving the use of this reserve additional work will be taking place over 2015 with

• The removal of the old Scout Hall to make way for an open grassed area that will cater for informal sport and recreation.
• The demolition of the old kindergarten and maternal child health centre.
