About Peel Street Park
Peel Street Park is a neighbourhood park located in Black Hill on the corner of Peel Street North and Chisholm Street. The park adjoins a Scout Hall and there is a bus stop on Chisholm Street.
The park features the following elements:
- park shelter with picnic setting and park seating
- new playspace with nature play and accessible elements
- futsal / soccer goal at the north end of the kickabout space
- connecting pathways
- new tree and understorey planting
Recent works
In September 2022 we asked the community to review the draft concept design and provide feedback. We received 15 responses indicating a need to rework the design. The engagement summary can be found in the Document Library. The revised concept plan can be located by clicking on the buttons below.
