The survey you are about to participate in is an initiative of the Better Outcomes for Koorie Children Network, which is a partnership between Ballarat and District Aboriginal Cooperative (BADAC), Department of Education and Training (DET), Child And Family Services (CAFS), Eureka Community Kindergarten Association (ECKA), Playgroup Victoria, Noah's Ark and the City of Ballarat Best Start project.
An initial survey was conducted in 2011, which provided information about how Aboriginal children, families and their communities access and engage with early years services. This information has informed services of specific gaps and opportunities to strengthen partnerships between Aboriginal families and health, education and wellbeing services.
You are invited to participate in this second Reflections survey, your feedback is valued. The information collected from you will be unidentifiable and should take approximately 30 minutes. You can complete the survey on your own or with support if required. Results of the survey will be used to provide feedback to both local Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal services.
Every person that completes the survey will receive a free swim pass to the Ballarat Aquatic Centre.
